Welcome to sorbacsra.org, a service of the SORBA-CSRA (“Central Savannah River Area Chapter of Southern Off-Road Biking Association”, “SORBA-CSRA”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read this visitor agreement; by using this service, you accept its terms.
We may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the service after we post any such changes, you accept this agreement, as modified.
sorbacsra.org respects the privacy of our users. Please take a few minutes to review this privacy policy.
If you disagree with any material you find on our service, we suggest that you respond by noting your disagreement in e-mail to sorbacsra@gmail.com. We invite you to bring to our attention any material you believe to be inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material to our team, along with an explanation of your objection, to sorbacsra@gmail.com.

This privacy policy is applicable to the Central Savannah River Area Chapter of Southern Off-Road Biking Association’s website, including any subdomains and mobile versions. This policy also applies to email communications and volunteer sign-in forms.

Collection of Personal Data and What We Do With It
SORBA-CSRA collects personal information via actions taken on our website. Actions include donations, contact forms, volunteer sign-in, etc.

SORBA-CSRA respects your right to privacy. We do not sell, exchange or give away our visitors’ personal information, such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses.
When you provide your email or postal address to SORBA-CSRA on any online or printed material, it is implied that you are opting in to receive communications from SORBA-CSRA.
Providing your information will also set up a contact record in SORBA-CSRA’s database. Only SORBA-CSRA leadership can view your contact record.
You may adjust, request deletion of your contact details, or opt out of SORBA-CSRA communications by:

What happens when I visit sorbacsra.org?
Our web server automatically collects limited information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data – such as the web pages you view.) Your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request and to measure traffic.
We do not track individual use. If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the changes before they take effect.
