Turkey Creek is a 7 mile intermediate out and back style trail. Prior to the addition of FATS and Bartram this was the most popular mountain biking trail in the area. The terrain is beautiful with scenic views of abundant wildlife and Turkey Creek. The trail undulates through the forest and there are plenty of opportunities to build your skills with switchbacks, rocks, roots, and some large dips and crossings to master.

Watch for deer, pileated woodpeckers, and fox squirrels along the way.

If you park at Price’s Bottom you will cross the historic Key Bridge to get to the trailhead. Key Bridge is a foot traffic only bridge. If 14 miles is not quite enough you can pick up the Wine Creek Trail just up the hill and across Key Road for another 10+ miles of riding.
